1829 Capped Bust Half. O-113a AU

R2. Strong AU details but obverse cleaned as obvious horizontal hairlines can attest. My guess is the obverse had toned and didn’t match the white reverse and so, an attempt at balance resulted. Diagnostic filled in final A in AMERICA clear. Current CPG Market Place pricing has AU 1829s at $420 and I have discounted this coin 15% to reflect the cleaning. It will only improve with time!
