12 Stars, R2. Grade deduction for an old cleaning, the color somewhat splotchy on the reverse. Surface marks commensurate with the grade. Very early die state with repunching only evident on the O in OF. Breen attributes his die state I as very rare. One might refer to the Manley book to see where this one stands!
