1822 Large Cent. N-4 AU55/45 SOLD

N-4, Moderate Date, R2-. A gorgeous example of the slightly scarce year of 1822 with only a tiny bit of chatter at star 9 and a miniscule dig at the rim below the 8 of the date, otherwise flawless. High points slightly bright, indicative of an old cleaning, but recoloring to a nice dark chocolate.
