1796 Large Cent. S-89 VF20/8 SOLD

Liberty Cap, “Crowded Head”, R3. A beautifully detailed Liberty Cap but with a rim hit at 10:00 affecting the obverse more than the reverse and a finely porous planchet. MDS with the clashing of Breen’s die state II apparent. Very attractive!
